DIGITAL SKILLS WORKSHOP AT SALESIANOS SANTÍSIMA TRINIDAD
Last week, Media Interactiva organized its first digital skills workshop along with OpenCiencias. The event took place at the Salesianos Santísima Trinidad school in Seville, during their annual summer camp. Through this activity, the students got the chance to test their knowledge in using PowerPoint.
Our goal was to teach students how to use PowerPoint 2016 in a fun way, so we asked them to create a comic using the Microsoft Office tool and following a few predetermined steps. Among the 60 participants, we chose the 6 students who best completed the basic functions that we explained. The lucky ones received an Office kit during the award ceremony.
This activity kicks off Certinet’s initiative for developing digital skills among the youngest generations while preparing them for success. This workshop was also intended to discover those students with great Office skills, so that they can compete during the upcoming school year. And who knows? Perhaps one of them can be a candidate to defend Spain during the Microsoft Office Specialist World Championships, organized annually by Certiport.
