Members of the Media Interactiva team traveled earlier this month to Anaheim, California, for the Certiport Global Partner Summit, where they witnessed the 2017 Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship.

This year’s competition attracted more than 560,000 candidates from 122 countries, which turned down to 157 finalists who faced each other in the final round to demonstrate their mastery in Microsoft Word®, Excel®, and PowerPoint®.

The 2017 Microsoft Office Specialist World Champions are:

• Microsoft Word 2013- Tiberiu Danciu, Romania
• Microsoft Word 2016- Cheng Wai Fung, Hong Kong
• Microsoft PowerPoint 2013- Yip Pak Ming, Hong Kong
• Microsoft PowerPoint 2016- Pattarapong Tantikowit, Thailand
• Microsoft Excel 2013- JiaXi Dai, China
• Microsoft Excel 2016- John Dumoulin, Virginia, USA
